Kay Bailey’s Plans for Prisoner Mobile Phones
One of the Senator’s campaign promises is to jam prisoner cell phones. Um…okay… I think she’d better look into releasing all hackers, engineers and computer convicts they have locked up because those folks will figure out a way around the jammers.
Guess I’d better wash off the shovel. It’s gonna pile high this coming year.
