Time to feed the Cuss-Pig
Okay I finally got round to watching the “We are America! We don’t fucking torture!” video clip from Fox News. A few years ago a news anchor here in Austin got fired for dropping the F-bomb when he thought they weren’t on the air. I don’t know what Fox’s action was or will be but Shephard Smith will probably still have his job.
The outburst does show that there are two Americas. There’s the America where we’re a nation of high integrity and we wear the white hats and we save the world from evil. And then there’s the real America…the one where we do fucking torture.
If you don’t like the reality and want the faerie tale, then pull your head out of the sand and stop excusing the reality.
