You may have read recently that the Obama Administration asked for all symbols in Gaston Hall at Georgetown University where the President spoke be covered. This included the IHS symbol which is a colophon for Jesus. However the maskings did not include the stained glass windows up and behind Mr. Obama. I really think the administration needs to hire crews from Hollywood to make a proper movie set for the President. That way he can deliver speeches in any location. They could put up one of those 200″ Stewart Screens behind the podium with the Microsoft Windows XP golf course wallpaper. Or the administration could just do a better job of scouting out locations for the President to speak and choose a more appropriate venue. We’re supposed to have separation of church and state and it’s kind hard to see that with iconography in the backround.
