The House of Representatives has rejected the $700B bailout plan.
They need to stay on this and keep rejecting it until it dies. I am sick to death of the depraved indifference with which this government proposes insane legislation that does nothing but give the financial benefits to the few and the taxes to the many. I don’t care if the DJIA drops to 6000 before it’s all over. If the president thinks that history will remember him as a good president he’s mistaken. History is no longer written by the leisured class, some members of which this bill is intended to help.
