Crime Shoppers
It’s one thing to provide the authorities with information leading to an arrest for something one has knowledge of. But calling the tip line with specific amounts one needs and informing the officer or other person taking the call as to what the reward money is needed for is beyond pathetic and about as low as one ought to be able to stoop.
