Lock out
I haven’t had a locking cap in over 20 years. I didn’t even have one when I lived in Los Angeles. Gas prices in the United States have risen nearly 300% in the past five years…personal incomes not so much. The tighter we’re squeezed, the more attractive criminal acts become to people who would otherwise not consider them. I don’t want to come outside to find a hacked-off section of garden hose sticking out of my tank.
