On mandatory vaccines

When I consider the pressure here in Texas placed upon families, schools, and the medical profession to force young girls to take the HPV vaccine, I am persuaded that perhaps gubernatorial should be spelled goobernatorial.
I don’t particularly like Rick Perry, but I think it’s dumb not to make HPV one of the required vaccinations. Kids have sex before marriage … almost all of them do, despite parents’ best training, and even the kids’ best intentions.
