George W. Bush acknowledges at an NAACP convention the social bankruptcy of the Republicans on the subject of race, especially where African-Americans are concerned.

He sounded like he had just been briefed that day on the subject or someone snuck a cluebat past Homeland Security and whacked him with it.

I have to second the comment of the man who was eating a microphone outside the convention, who said that Bush has shown he can talk the talk, but we want to see him walking the walk.
